Purpose of Role
To support the Foodbank Manager in the consistent delivery of Portsmouth Foodbank, ensuring that day to day and administrative functions are carried out, in line with the timescales and operational requirements of the organisation.
To support the HOPE Projects Manager in the delivery of HOPE objectives, including data management, compiling reports, and assisting in the impact analysis process, and deputising for the HOPE Projects Manager when required.

The Executive Assistant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of King’s Church’s weekly and Sunday activities through proficient management of administrative tasks. This key position is integral to the overall efficiency of the church, providing essential support to the leadership team and staff in the successful delivery of various projects throughout the week.
